เงือนไขการเช่ารถ
1. ถ้ารถยนต์ที่เช่าเกิดความเสียหายทางผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายค่าเคลมแก่บริษัทประกันภัยเป็นจำนวน3,000บาท(สาทพันบาทถ้วน)ให้กับผู้เช่าทันที
2. หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุทำให้รถเกิดความเสียหายจนต้องจอดซ่อมผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายค่าเสียเวลาในช่วงที่รถใช้งานไม่ได้วันล่ะ800บาท(แปดร้อยบาทถ้วยหรือแล้วแต่จะตกลงกับผู้เช่า (เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง) จ่ายจนกว่ารถจะซ่อมจนแล้วเสร็จ
3. ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับบุคคลภายนอก ที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากรถที่ผู้เช่าได้ทำการเช่าไป ผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบทั้งหมดทุกกรณี
4. ห้ามนำรถเช่าไปใช้กระทำการใดๆ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เป็นการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย หรีอ กระทำผิดกฎหมายโดยเด็ดขาด
